Altered book lesson 10- Altered book les 10

Woh did these two weeks go fast!! I've created some fun pages, althought not all about the theme for this weeks lesson: Lesson 10: Magazine images and frames. Made possible by Elizabeth on her blog!!
I didn't have any idea what to do with the magazine images. I just didn't get inspired... boehoe.
Yesterday my order with a lot of art supply finally arrived!! I was sooo happy :)

All good stuff!!!!
Allemaal leuke spulletjes!!

Two weeks ealier I recieved a pakket full of masking/washi tape, al nice collors!! so I used these for my first page about frames:
Masking/Washi tape and PaperArtsy stamps.

My second page is really really easy. While I was doubting about what to make My eye spoted the wallpaper with the nice flowers. I looked like a flower framed by another sooo that's the first and then I made al little face in the flower.

Last but not least I made a dubble set which didn't follow the theme. I found the quote in the Dutch magazine FLOW.

CraftersWorkshop Template, Liquitex acrylic paint, some stamps, home made letterstamps.

I hope you all had a great weekend and have a nice week!

Love Susan

For someone who wasn't very inspired by the lesson, you did an excellent job. Had you not said anything, no one would have known (grin).

And what could have been better than a double page spread showing a handpainted background and washi tape. That's the way you build on these lessons. I'd say you did an excellent job.

The way you found two images of different sizes that you could use in a double spread, made me laugh with joy. I especially liked how you were able to pull the two sides together with just the use of a couple of well placed flower petals.

It's always nice to see you are starting to pull everything together. This will be especially useful when we do the lesson on that (Lesson 19, if I recall).

Lovely pages! I like the parachute quote. It is wonderful how you used the same flower, yet made them look different!
